Narrow Gauge
Since the 1980's I have had Narrow Gauge stock from Bemo (HOm) and Lilliput (HOe). The HOe
is of the WaldenburgerBahn and is 2 locos; No 5 G. Thommen and the Eurovapeur 0-6-2 with the
correct coaches. There is also an articulated steam Tram (Prototype unknown) possibly
Eggerbahn.
The Bemo stock is Furka-Oberalp and Rhatische Bahn. While there won't be room for the HOm
stuff, I am planning on putting a 2' X 4' board (61 x 122 cm) to the right of Bonham / LeoStadt
with a feed link to Bustham / Jessdorf. Plans are yet to be finalised and it will have to wait until
the standard gauge is completed .
Standard Gauge
Amongst my non-European stock, I have from the 1960’s 3 Triang models from their
Transcontinental series; A Budd Railcar, an RS-2 Diesel Switcher and and a Dock Shunter, plus
some freight rolling stock to go with them.
In 1994, my father went to California for a holiday, and came back with a Bachmann
“American” 4-4-0 Jupiter and a rake of Pullman coaches. Another trip 10 years later saw a GM
F7 and some freight cars. These have now been augmented by 2 Rivarossi Union Pacific 4-8-8-4
“Big Boys”, X4014 in 2019 rebuild condition and has a set of Union Pacific passenger cars for it
to haul, as well as a few reefers and box cars.
Trix 3 Rail
Although these days I tend to concentrate on 2 rail, I still have Trix Twin and Trix Express
stock including Der Adler a model of the first train to run in Germany, The BLS Re 4/4 I No 255,
A DB Br E10, Passenger loco, A DB Br E63 shunting loco, BR 70000 Brittania, and a couple of
Trix Twin Junior locos. There are also BLS, DB and BR coaches and trucks.
