It was a nice morning and as it was only going to take us a few hours to get to my Aunt’s just outside Geneva, We went for a swim in the pool at Kandersteg. After that, we loaded the car onto the train to take us through the Lotschberg Tunnel and into the Rhone Valley. By 1 PM we were at Aigle where we had lunch at the Bahnhof Buffet. We followed the Northern shore of the Lake of Geneva and arrived at Vandœuvres mid afternoon. After dinner, My uncle took us down to the lake and a walk round the town.
