Day 13. We were going to stay at my uncle Werner’s flat in Tauffelen. We drove from Moniques, had a raclette at Gruyere, the had problems trying to find Werner’s. Remember that this was well before the days of Satnav. I found a telephone box, where, it turned out was in front of where my Grandfather used to live, gave Wener a call, and he came and collected us. Guess what we had for tea? Yes, another Raclette. Afterwards he took us to see my cousin Ruth who was a teacher in the next village. As we left, her sister Regula turned up.
