Little Hallingbury Amateur Dramatics

  Having been involved with Radio Stortford for some years, I was askeds if the station would like to record a performance of the Little Hallingbury Pantomime. This was in 1988 and the pantomime was Aladdin.

  Having done a recording, I offered to give them closed circuit television to let the cast know what was happening on stage. This worked so well that I was asked to come back the following year. 31 years later, I'm still providing it.

  Since 1999 I've also been doing the sound effects for the pantomime.

  I've also done sound for three of the Sawbridgeworth Players productions;

Lost In Yonkers (November 2000 at the Victoria Hall in Old Harlow).

Our Town (May 2001 at the Victoria Hall Old Harlow).

'Ello 'Ello (May 2007 at the Victoria Hall Old Harlow). A lot of the panto group were also involved with this production.

Although not having any major position, I have taken the Video and a few photos of the group organised by Sid Perry, who have put on a couple of Variety Nights in Little Hallingbury Village Hall. This group started in 2011 and staged their third production in September 2014.
